Join bestselling authors & vendors for 2 days of bookish fun at the Arlington Hotel and Spa – April 10-11, 2026!
New York Times, USA Today, Amazon, Award-Winning and Indie bestselling authors and Brand New Authors of ALL GENRES will be attending, ready to meet YOU! This is your opportunity to spend quality time and network with traditionally and independently published authors, glean tricks of the trade, and enjoy panels catered to readers and aspiring authors!
This event will be held at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It is intended for romance authors and readers alike!
At RARE we focus on attendee/author relationship. Each attendee will have the opportunity to meet as many signing authors as possible. Depending on ticket type purchased, you’ll have 7 or 5 hours to be in the signing room and purchase books, get your books signed, chat and take pictures with authors. There is no additional ticket or fee to meet or have your pictures taken with authors. Bring books or items from home and or purchase German traditionally published books from our on site book seller or authors. Some authors will have pre order forms to order directly with them. Since most authors will be traveling they may not have extras to sell on the day. If you don’t have physical books to be signed feel free to bring other items, all authors are happy to sign them for you.
Knockout Book Bash is the creation of a couple of authors who wanted to give Authors and Readers a safe, fun space to meet, chat and be book nerds at while also raising money for charities.
It only happens every two years, so start planning now!
Come join us for the 6th Readers & Writers Author Event! Over 80 amazing authors will coming to the beautiful Emerald city to meet their amazing readers. We’ve had a blast for the last five years and we are looking forward to 2026.
If you’ve never been to a book event, but love reading and meeting like minded people you are in for a treat! How does it work? Well, the signing authors are at their tables with their books and swag ready to meet you, the reader! Attendees have several hours to go around the room and meet their favorite authors as well as find new ones. We always have a mix of authors, from someone who just wrote their first book to bestselling authors with 100s of books. We aim for a positive, drama free environment where everyone can have fun in a safe, comfortable environment.
