SHIPPING POLICY

When you purchase books from Elle James Store, your purchases will be delivered through one of the following methods:

PRE-ORDERS

Any books that are not available for immediate release will be clearly noted as “PREORDER” in the product title and description. The description will also include the expected release date. Pre-ordered products will be charged in full upon purchase, but they will not deliver or ship until the release date. PLEASE NOTE: We strongly recommend that you purchase any Pre-order books as separate transactions. Print books on preorder will not be printed or shipped until their release date. If there are other print books in the same order, the entire order will be held until the preorder book is ready to be processed. 

If there are any updates to a preorder book’s expected release date, the Elle James Store Team will email any customers who have ordered the book to alert them of the change. Any books that do not specify “pre-order” in their description are available for immediate purchase.

E-BOOKS & AUDIOBOOKS

Upon purchase, our ee-Book distribution partner, BookFunnel, will email you a web link providing immediate online access to your E-Book. The online page at BookFunnel also offers instructions on how to download your E-Book or deliver the file to your Kindle, iPhone, Android device, Nook or Kobo. If you do not see your download email, please check your Spam box, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab. If you have any issues accessing your purchased Ebook or do not receive a download email, visit https://bookfunnel.com/help/.

PAPERBACKS

We offer a shipping time frame of 5-10 business days from the date of order. All orders will be processed within this time frame and shipped to your designated address. We use USPS to ensure that your order arrives safely and promptly.

The items are sent from U.S and delivery times will vary depending on the postcode the items are being sent to. Once an item has shipped from us, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and how to track the item. Elle James Store is not responsible for any additional international custom fees. We do our best to ensure the items are marked correctly to avoid additional fees.

Average shipping times:  To U.S. addresses, 2-3 weeks.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient for physical goods. Elle James Store and BookVault are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

If you have questions about the status of a package you have not received, please email our store team.

RETURNS POLICY

Purchases from Elle James Store are non-refundable, with the exception of items lost or damaged in shipping or the rare instance of a printing or product error. When you make a purchase from our store, prior to completing your checkout, please review your shopping cart carefully to be sure you’ve purchased the correct quantity and correct format.

E-Book and Audiobook purchases are delivered via an emailed download link from our digital distributor, BookFunnel. This email arrives immediately after you complete your purchase. Please be sure to download your purchase. Due to the digital natures, E-Books and Audiobooks are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you have issues with the file, contact BookFunnel directly for assistance at help@bookfunnel.com.

REFUNDS FOR PHYSICAL GOODS

There is no return for change of mind. Returns are eligible for defective or damaged items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving item (according to the tracking).

For refund queries, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product (according to the tracking). Please use the subject “returns” and include your name, order number, reason for return, and photographs of the defective or damaged item. If a book is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong title or format, we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
